    Project Management

QandANJ.org is administered by the South Jersey Regional Library Cooperative, a state tax-funded service of the New Jersey Library Network.

QandANJ.org would not be possible without the aid and encouragement of the New Jersey State Library.  The project is supported by Federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds administered by the State Library.  SJRLC has successfully applied for LSTA grant funding for a fifth year in a row and is currently funded through June 2008.

SJRLC is in charge of QandANJ.org's strategic planning, finances, and day-to-day operations, from recruiting new libraries to preparing progress reports to running meetings to software training and troubleshooting.

All SJRLC employees have responsibilities in the project.  They are: Karen Hyman, Project Director; Peter Bromberg, Project Supervisor; Beth Cackowski, Project Coordinator; Sandi Augello and Anne Marie Hering, administrative support.

In addition to Karen, Peter and Beth, the management team is comprised of a representative from each participating library.  This person oversees the library's participation in QandANJ.org and cooperatively makes decisions that continually move the project forward.
